The 2015 Moulin a Vent has quite a high-toned bouquet showing touches of VA that detracts from its definition. It is difficult to see the terroir here. The palate is sweet and candied on the entry with maraschino cherries and cassis, light tannins with a simple and quite succulent, easygoing finish.

In fact wines from the two most ‘serious’ crus Morgon and Moulin-à-Vent positively demand ageing in bottle and can be superb at 10 years or even considerably more.
